寺家町でも少し奥まった場所にあるパティーナ。アンティーク家具の修復だけでなく注文家具も制作しています。
パティーナの主は黒瀧道信さん。本場イギリスの大学でアンティーク家具の修復技術と保存技術を徹底的に学び、最優秀学生賞を受賞したすご腕職人なのです。

「いずれ日本で工房をという夢をいだき、イギリスでは、休日ともなればアンティーク家具に関する本を求めてあちこち歩きまわり、彫刻刀も少しづつ買いためていた」などなど、職人の常にあらず？黒瀧さんは話がとても上手で、深くて面白い。
近々、工房にて室内装飾・彫刻の教室を開くそうなので、興味のある人にはこの上ない楽しいレッスンになるかも。ぜひといあわせてみて。

見かけと違ってとてもとっつきやすいから、ご安心。（すんません。ちなみに奥さんはすごい美人です）
